Eat Guatemala restaurant group is to launch a new restaurant concept this year focused on the Japanese noodle dish of ramen.

Ramen Ya!, which will open in Xela this year, will be inspired by the ramen dens of Tokyo, serving a short menu of authentic ramen dishes The food at Ramen Ya! is modeled after Japanese ramen shops where patrons come to nourish their bellies with comfort food without putting a huge dent in their wallets. The menu covers all aspects of ramen and is approachable for both the ramen novice and the ramen connoisseur alike, with a price to match (meals start at Q20).
