Franchise locations range from small scale stand-alone restaurants to shopping center kiosks to non-traditional setups in airports, food courts and more.

Franchise owners have multiple revenue streams, including in-restaurant dining, retail (Food products, clothing, gift cards), deliveries.

Who is it for?

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, modern restaurant environment. Business owners or groups with restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required

What would you do as a franchisee?

Oversee day-to-day operations of a fast food noddle soup restaurant. Hire management personnel, food service workers, and chefs as needed Create positive, appealing public outreach to create and grow a strong customer base.


Before opening your Ramen Ya! Restaurant you will attend our two-week initial training program. This program covers every aspect of restaurant operations, the Ramen Ya! way.

This includes training in food preparation, customer service techniques, equipment maintenance, a point-of-scale system, marketing and much more. In addition, each of your Kitchen Managers, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks will receive training specific to their individual tasks and as team members working together.

Once the doors are open you will have a trained staff with in-house support from our training team. Yes, we will be there to help you start your business and get it started on the right foot. We'll provide general assistance and guidance to maximize the success of the restaurant, your manager, and all crew members.

Thereafter, ongoing support and training is readily available to help keep your Ramen Ya! managers, staff and crew refreshed and up-to-date on new products, techniques, processes and procedures.

What it takes

We’re looking for people who share our passion for fast, fresh and healthy food. It’s best if you have a background in food service and management, strong communication skills, and an authentic love of hospitality.

It probably goes without saying, but a confident and outgoing personality is key; some sales abilities, high personal standards and business experience are beneficial to any franchise owner
